CCECM's flagship training focus is on delivering the high quality, practical workshops that make up our comprehensive Certificate Program. Aspiring practitioners come to us to obtain the required educational component to qualify for professional designations, while experienced practitioners come to continue their education, further refine their skills and stay abreast of current issues.
CCECM's Spectrum of Engagement & Conflict Management is unique and focuses on all stages of addressing conflict - from proactive prevention to complete closure.
To complement our training, CCECM offers a peer-reviewed journal that publishes timely and provocative works without paywalls. The Journal is also circulated by CanLII and its contributions have been included in courses in institutions such as the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, Osgoode Hall Law School and Durham College. Works are published upon peer approval and accumulated annually in full volumes.
Founded in 2020, our purpose is to equip the next generation of practitioners in meeting their future challenges, to assist the existing generation in retaining and sharpening their skills and abilities, and to provide effective and practical solutions to all conflict management needs. We do this through continuous innovation and refinement of best practices in conflict management consulting and training.
